いまのところ不具合はありません。
wordpress2.7との組み合わせで以前よりも使いやすくなったみたいです。
今後、自分のお気に入りの写真をぼちぼちUPしていきたいと思ってまいます、 今後ともよろしくお願いします。
hey there.. I’ve been using Photobyori for a while now. (thanks to you who created this..)… I’ve had some problems when trying to upload the picture (just lately though).. I’m still using the older version of photobyori.
Say if I install the new version, do I need to re-upload my previous posts? or are they transferred automatically?

Photo-Biyori is just a theme. you shouldn’t lose anything if you upgrade WordPress correctly. :)

サムネイルの一覧ページを「Album」ページとして作りたいのと、サムネイル一つ一つの画像に背景画像を使いたいのですが、どこをいじれば良いのでしょうか。

サムネイルの背景画像はテーマ内style.cssの .thumbnailsと .current-thumbnailクラスに背景画像とサイズを指定します。
一覧ページのAlbum用のテンプレとサムネイルの詳細は、さきほどメールでお送りしましたのでご確認ください。

First of all, thank you for the Biyori theme, it’s wonderful! I’m moving my current site to it, but in the meantime, I have a question for you. How can I make the archive page look like a gallery? I mean, displaying ALL the thumbnails?

i am having a small problem with it (still playing with it) i followed the “posting” instructions and uploaded my pictures using the WB media uploader but cannot get the thumbnails to show?.. i also configured the settings like the installation page stated, any tips?

it’s not fully tested but please download it here:

create a new page and change “Template” from default to album.

if you’re using wp2.8. If not, please make sure “save draft” first before you publish a post.

Thank you for your theme first, It is a great one.
I am using Shashin to take photos from my Google Album and paste on the post.
On the front page, I can see the photos, but can not see the Thumnail.
Then, I add in the Widget – Shashin Thumnail, but still can not see any thumnail.
Any solution for me?

I’m afraid PB doesn’t work with Shashin plugin.
To make thumbnails work, photos have to be uploaded through WP file uploader…

install lightbox ofc, and then when you add a picture, click on “file-url” on the field “link-url”

WordPress MU 2.8.2 でこのテーマを使わせていただいているのですが、WordPress管理画面以外の手段で投稿した記事については、画面下部のサムネイル画像が出現しません。
・具体的には、iPhoneのWordPressアプリや、「Ktai Style」プラグイン経由でメール投稿した記事で、サムネイル画像が出ませんでした。
サムネイル画像を出すようにするには、どうすればよろしいでしょうか?
テーマの改造が必要でしょうか?

iPhoneのWPアプリでテストしてみたところ、サムネイル画像が表示されないことを確認しました。DBをチェックしたところ、画像のpost_parentが0になっていました。
たぶんこのバグが原因ではないかと。

2.8.2でもバグ修正がされていないようです。
ひとつ気がついたことがありますので別途メールいたします。

「Ktai Entry」経由（先ほど「Ktai Style」と申し上げたのは誤りでした）のメール投稿でも同じ現象が起きますので、これも同様の原因かもしれませんね。
※ すべての記事を再度アップし直したため、現在自サイトでは証拠が隠滅されています…。

はじめまして。
写ツ＆モバイル用に、Wordpress最新版でこちらのテーマを使用させていただこうと思っております。
iPhoneから「Ktai entry」というプラグインを利用して投稿する形を取っているためか、投稿した時点ではサムネイルは作成されず、改めて管理画面で操作して初めて、下部のサムネイル・ナビが表示される状態です（前述のテルミナさんと同じ症状ですね）。
モバイル用のため、投稿と同時にサムネイル作成が必須で、現在は「kougaku」というプラグインを使って投稿と同時にサムネイル作成が行われるように設定してありますが、これだとあくまで最新画像のみの表示になり、Photo-biyoriのような完全なナビ仕様はできません。
できればPhoto-biyoriだけで完結できるようにしたいのですが、何かお気づきな点やアドバイスがございましたら、是非ご指示いただきたく宜しくお願いします。

新しいものを左上から並べる事は可能ですか？
現状では最新のものが右下です。

ランダムではなく任意にコントロールしたいと思うのですが、

PBテーマのfunctions.phpのpb_recent_thumbnailsと、pb_before_after_thumbnailsの変更で並び替えできますが、ちょっと面倒かもしれません。
また、アーカイブページのサムネールの並びがランダム、というのがよくわからないのですが、どのページのことでしょうか？
Is there any way to automate the step needed to add the thumbnail to the exerpt? What I plan on doing is using my phone to post photos, but would like to be able to skip the step of logging into my admin panel and editing the post to hit update so that it will add in the excerpt code. Thanks!

unfortunately, the thumbnail code will be inserted only from admin panel and i’m afraid that i don’t have time to change it to work from mobile post.

not really easy way. go into header.php in the theme files and place the logo image source code inside div id = header tag.

you can change the image size at admin/media but i’m wondering if you’re using mobile phone/iphone to upload the images. if so, i believe there is no optional setting for changing the image size…

Great theme which I am using for a mobile photo addition to my main blog and photography websites.
One question: I would like to add an image into the background of the page, aligned top right of the grey square image and nav background area. I am OK with PHP and CSS but am failing dismally to get this image in. Might you have any idea how I can do it? No rush. :-)

Thank you for the theme. It’s simple but very functional!
I was wondering whether there is a way to browse only the pictures in one “tag” category.
I saw the archive and tag pages on the demo site where you can choose a tag, but as soon as you click on a picture, it brings you back to all of the pictures, rather than just the pictures in that tag.
Maybe there needs to be multiple home screens to do this, like one for “people” one for “landscapes” one for “macro” etc. and one to browse all.
Maybe this is too hard, but it would be really great if it were possible!

I’ve been thinking of how to browse within a category or a tag, but haven’t found a good solution yet. i might be able to add another navigation which says ” next image in this cotegory/tag” or something. i’ll give a try in the next version.

Is there a way to have the thumbnails below the image show only the next photos in that same category. I have the “next” and “previous” links set to show only the same categories, but the thumbnails show them according to when they were uploaded.
if you could edit pb_before_after_thumbnails function in functions.php and add some code, yes. i’m so busy right now and can’t find the time to modify/test for it… hope i can try it this weekend.

カテゴリーごとの名称の表示は
wp_list_categoriesタグで表示できると思いますが、サムネイル表示はプラグインを使用しないとできないような気がします。

I do have a few questions if I may..
1. How were you able get the guest-map flash component. I love it because it gives the site a dynamic feel where the visitor an get lost in..
2. How can I set up the main image, so that when the user clicks on it, it will go one image back at a time like your previous button instead of making the image bigger?
3. Do you know if the theme is compatible with an iPhone?

2. it’s not easy function in wordpress. if you’d like to have something like that, pixelpost might be better for you.
3. no. when you post from iphone, thumbnails are not generated.

those are hard coded. add a color tag to your post, and link to that tag page.
Hi, I just love this theme and the dark version of it too! However I had one question for you, and it’s a rather stupid one as I’m a bit wordpress challanged most days. How do I get rid of Comments (0) at the bottom of the post? I have comments turned off and I feel that this addtional piece is useless to have there. Thank you.

こんにちは。素敵なテンプレートを見つけてとてもうれしくなり、早速使わせていただいています。ありがとうございます。
ところで、ひとつ、どうしても困ったことがありまして、
実は、サブカテゴリーの順序を変えたいのですが、
My Page Orderでやっても全く効き目がなく
（メインカテゴリーは問題ないのですが）
順番通りに並ばず困っています。
（体験/初級・中級・上級・最上級の順にサブカテゴリーを並べたいけれど、上級・中級・体験/初級・最上級の並び以外に変更することができません）
もし何か手立てがありましたら、教えていただけると助かります。よろしくお願いします。

のページの3と4あたりではないかと。
3. ウィジェットを使用している場合は、スタンダードのではなくMy Category orderのを使用する。
4. 使用していない場合はテンプレタグを確認。
という感じみたいなのですが…
すみません、My Page Order じゃなくて
My Category Order でやってだめだったのです。
打ち間違えて申し訳ありません。。。
アーカイブのテンプレートをいじらないとだめなんでしょうか？
とりあえず、サブカテゴリーの前に数字をつけたら順番に並べることができました。
My Category Orderのサブカテゴリーの順番と実際の表示が違うのですが、サブカテゴリーの設定画面と表示画面は同じなので、My Category Orderのサブカテゴリーの順番は、どうも反映されてないみたいです。
原因は、私の何かの設定が悪いのか、テンプレートなのか、My Category Orderのバグなのかわかりませんが・・・もしこういう現象の原因をご存じでしたら、、申し訳ありませんが、教えていただけると嬉しいです。よろしくお願いします。
テストしてみましたが、私のほうでは問題なく表示されます。
以下のページにあるように

ウィジェットを使用していない場合；
archives.phpの
< ?php wp_list_categories('show_count=1&title_li='); ?>
を
< ?php wp_list_categories('show_count=1&orderby=order&title_li='); ?>
に変更。
ウィジェットを使用している場合：
カテゴリーウィジェットを削除し、My Category Orderのウィジェットを使用する。
上記両方のやり方でPBで正常に動作することはテスト済みです。

それで、単一記事の写真の下に並ぶサムネイルには、同じカテゴリの写真だけが表示される様にしたいのですが、難しい作業になるのでしょうか。
「php pb_before_after_thumbnails」を書き換える作業なのかと思い、拝見しているのですが、なかなか変数を追えずにいます。
もし宜しければ、ご指導をお願い致します。
